Life is short, and if we're not careful we may end up with regrets.

What-if thinking keeps us ruminating in the past. Being grateful for where we are and using those lessons to inform our future is healthier.

Without a system or a plan in place, we tend to default to what's easiest. And the easy answer usually isn't in our best interest.

It's not all about work. We think we work for a paycheck. We ask ourselves how much we make. But we never ask how much our job costs.
